Our click and collect option allows you to shop online and conveniently pick up your items. Simply place your order through our website, select ‘click and collect’ at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to the designated pickup area, where our friendly staff will assist you.

We offer nationwide delivery for all our gifts, facilitated by experienced and reputable couriers. While we always strive to deliver your gift on the requested day, please note that couriers cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events or high volumes of orders, particularly during busy periods like Christmas and Mother’s Day.

Due to the nature of our gift boxes, all parcels are sent with a 'signature required' request. If you prefer for the courier to leave the parcel, please specify your instructions in the delivery instruction box at checkout. You can give permission for the courier to leave the gift in a safe place, such as 'at the back door' or 'under cover on the porch.' Providing the recipient's phone number, if possible, can also assist with delivery.

Deliveries to rural areas may take up to 3 days longer than standard delivery times. Please note that there is no Saturday or overnight delivery service available for rural areas.

For multiple gifts being delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders or email us a list of names and addresses for easier processing.

 All our gifts are carefully wrapped and securely packaged in cardboard cartons to ensure safe delivery.

You will receive the courier ticket number via email as soon as the gift has been dispatched. This allows you to track your order until it reaches its destination.
